Our client is an elite luxury wedding photography brand expanding its presence into a premium new market (Atlanta). To support this growth, they are seeking a highly creative and visually sophisticated Wedding Content & Marketing Specialist. This is a dynamic remote role designed for an autonomous marketer with an elevated visual palate and a deep appreciation for high-end fashion, lifestyle, and editorial wedding aesthetics. You will own the brand’s digital storefront—spending 80% of your time curating stunning social media feeds and 20% executing highly researched, white-glove email outreach to luxury wedding venues and planners. If you can instantly distinguish between average and ultra-luxury visual content, this role offers an exceptional creative playground.

Schedule

  • Flexible Schedule (40 hours per week)

Responsibilities

  • Luxury Content Creation: Design and curate visually compelling social media assets for Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts that reflect a high-end, editorial wedding photography brand.
  • Aesthetic Replication: Analyze premium reference content provided by the client and flawlessly adapt those concepts using the brand’s high-resolution imagery to maintain an elevated grid aesthetic.
  • Social Media Publishing: Systematically schedule, tag, copywrite, and publish multi-platform content pipelines utilizing Metricool.
  • B2B Luxury Outreach: Conduct deeply researched, personalized email outreach to top-tier wedding venues and event planners (approximately 5 highly intentional emails per day) to build market relationships.
  • Community Management: Monitor platform notifications, engage authentically with followers, and respond promptly to direct messages (DMs) and comments to foster high-value industry relationships.
  • Workflow Architecture: Maintain immaculate project tracking sheets and manage daily content production workflows within Trello or Notion.
  • General Administrative Support: Assist with high-priority backend administrative tasks, including drafting professional email responses to luxury client inquiries as needed.

Requirements

  • Design Proficiency: High level of proficiency operating Canva for advanced graphic design, layout formatting, and content creation.
  • Platform Mastery: Deep familiarity with Instagram’s inner mechanics, formatting constraints, trending audio styles, and algorithmic discovery tools.
  • AI Tool Integration: Experience utilizing ChatGPT or similar LLMs for generating creative copy prompts, hashtag strategies, and conceptual ideation.
  • Visual Discernment: A demonstrated, exceptional eye for luxury design with a background or strong personal interest in high fashion, luxury lifestyle, editorial photography, or weddings.
  • B2B Correspondence: Superior written English communication skills with the ability to draft sophisticated, non-templated, and warm outreach emails to high-end vendors.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience marketing for luxury brands, high-end bridal boutiques, wedding planners, or creative agencies is highly preferred.
  • Ability to study a venue’s or planner's digital footprint individually before initiating contact, tailoring pitches based on their specific style.
  • Highly coachable mindset with the capacity to absorb client critique and rapidly evolve the brand's visual identity over time.
