Lead Generation & Outreach Coordinator

We’re looking for a highly detail-oriented and resourceful Lead Research & Outreach Coordinator to support a growing business in the med spa and dermatology space across the U.S. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structured, repeatable work that combines online research, data organization, and light outreach. You’ll be responsible for building accurate and comprehensive lists of targeted clinics and practices, capturing key contact details, and maintaining clean, organized datasets that support ongoing business development efforts.

Schedule

  • Flexible Schedule, 9am to 1pm

Responsibilities

  • Research and compile comprehensive contact lists of med spas and dermatologist offices across targeted U.S. cities
  • Gather key business details including email addresses, phone numbers, and relevant contact information for each prospect
  • Organize and maintain lead data in spreadsheets or tracking tools to ensure accuracy and easy accessibility
  • Send initial templated outreach emails to compiled prospect lists on behalf of the business owner
  • Flag and route any warm responses or replies back to the business owner for personal follow-up
  • Systematically work through cities and regions to maximize geographic coverage of potential leads

Requirements

  • Strong research skills with the ability to efficiently locate business contact information online
  • High level of attention to detail to ensure data accuracy across large volumes of records
  • Proficiency in spreadsheet tools for organizing and managing lead data
  • Strong written communication skills for handling templated email outreach
  • Ability to work independently and maintain consistent daily output with minimal supervision
  • Familiarity with the U.S. business landscape and online directory resources

Scope

  • Target 50+ businesses per day across designated U.S. cities and regions
  • Begin with California markets (Sacramento, Los Angeles, Anaheim, San Jose) and expand nationally
  • Focus on the med spa and dermatology industry vertical
  • Maintain organized records that can scale into a CRM such as HubSpot as the operation grows
  • Track daily output metrics including number of businesses researched, emails gathered, and outreach sent
  • Support the long-term growth of the sales pipeline through consistent and reliable lead generation
