Outbound Sales Development Representative

Work Schedule: 40hrs per week, 9am - 6pm with 1 hour unpaid break | Eastern Time

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct high-volume outbound calls to mobile home park owners using provided prospect data and scripts
  • Engage reluctant property owners in meaningful conversation to uncover property details, additional assets, and seller motivation
  • Accurately capture all required seller information through the CRM intake process during each call
  • Probe for undisclosed income streams and property features such as storage facilities, cell tower leases, or additional land
  • Compile and send daily reports summarizing key interactions, data collected, and notable prospect insights
  • Follow up with previously contacted prospects to maintain pipeline momentum

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in outbound cold calling, preferably in real estate or property-related industries
  • Demonstrated ability to handle frequent rejection and maintain composure with direct, no-nonsense prospects
  • Strong active listening skills with the ability to identify and pursue unexpected leads within a conversation
  • High level of attention to detail when capturing prospect information
  • Ability to work independently and maintain consistent call volume without close supervision

Scope:

  • Make 100–200 outbound calls per day to mobile home park owners across the United States
  • Work within the Envelo CRM to log calls and ensure all prospect data is accurately recorded
  • Adhere to provided call scripts while exercising judgment to ask probing follow-up questions
  • Operate within flexible U.S. business hours across multiple time zones
  • Support bilingual outreach in Spanish when applicable (preferred, not required)
  • Scale call volume and shift hours as the pipeline grows and additional agents are onboarded
