Overview
Join a growing UK-based e-commerce business focused on online retail and merchandise sourcing, with operations centered on Amazon FBA and the expansion of digital sales channels. We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented E-Commerce Assistant to manage day-to-day operations and support the future growth of this online retail business. This role combines Amazon FBA management, product sourcing, product listing support, and general e-commerce operations, making it ideal for someone who is organized, adaptable, and comfortable working within fast-paced online retail environments.
Schedule:
- Part-Time (20 hours per week) | Flexible schedule with availability to support communication across UK and international time zones
Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day management of Amazon FBA operations
- Assist with product listings, updates, and marketplace management
- Monitor inventory-related workflows and coordinate operational tasks
- Support order and product management processes across e-commerce platforms
- Research and identify potential products and merchandise opportunities
- Support sourcing activities and supplier coordination
- Assist with evaluating product trends, pricing, and market opportunities
- Maintain organized sourcing and product tracking documentation
- Support product optimization and marketplace visibility initiatives
- Assist with content updates and listing improvements
- Collaborate on growth initiatives for additional sales channels such as TikTok Shop
- Help maintain operational consistency across multiple platforms
- Support ongoing business operations and daily administrative workflows
- Maintain organized records and communication tracking
- Coordinate tasks and updates with business leadership as needed
- Adapt to evolving priorities as the business scales
Requirements
- Previous experience with Amazon FBA operations (required)
- Understanding of e-commerce workflows and online marketplace management
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Strong written English communication skills
- Comfortable managing multiple operational and administrative tasks simultaneously
- Flexible availability to support communication across different time zones
Highly Regarded Skills & Experience:
- Experience with TikTok Shop or additional marketplace platforms
- Product sourcing or supplier coordination experience
- Familiarity with e-commerce product listing optimization
- Experience supporting growing online retail businesses
- Understanding of digital marketing or marketplace growth strategies
