Work Schedule: Part-time (20 hours/week), Monday to Friday, flexible during US business hours
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound cold calls to businesses across the US and UK using a provided 30-second script to introduce the company’s AI receptionist solution
- Engage prospects professionally and gather email addresses for the delivery of personalized AI receptionist demos
- Confidently handle common objections and questions using provided talking points and response guidelines
- Accurately log call activity, notes, and lead statuses within the CRM system
- Assist with lead generation efforts by researching, building, and maintaining prospect contact lists during downtime
- Follow all US calling-hour regulations (8 AM–9 PM local time) as managed within the CRM platform
Requirements
- Previous experience in outbound cold calling, telemarketing, or sales outreach
- Ability to quickly learn and naturally deliver short scripts without sounding overly rehearsed
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining consistent attendance and performance
- Comfortable working across multiple US time zones when needed
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while meeting daily activity goals and call targets
Scope
- Primary focus on outbound outreach to businesses in the US market, with occasional UK outreach
- Use of the client’s proprietary phone system, CRM platform, and lead databases
- Participation in brief daily team huddles to review goals, performance, and priorities
- Performance tracked through CRM reporting metrics including calls made, calls per hour, and call outcomes
