Marketing Operations Coordinator

Job Overview

Our client is looking for a proactive and highly organized Marketing Operations Coordinator to support marketing execution, operational initiatives, and executive projects in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong marketing coordination skills with excellent communication, project management, and administrative support abilities.

The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, detail-oriented, results-driven, and comfortable managing multiple priorities independently. You will play a key role in supporting marketing campaigns, business development initiatives, recruiting efforts, and day-to-day operational needs.

Schedule

  • Flexible, 20–30 hours per week (Must be available to overlap with U.S. Central Time business hours)

Responsibilities

Marketing Execution (80%)

Campaign Management

  • Execute integrated marketing campaigns using marketing automation and CRM platforms
  • Build and manage email sequences, automations, newsletters, and follow-up campaigns
  • Support lead generation and customer engagement initiatives

Content Creation & Management

  • Develop and maintain content calendars
  • Create and repurpose marketing content across email, web, and social media channels
  • Assist with direct response marketing campaigns and sales support materials

Performance Tracking

  • Monitor campaign performance and key marketing metrics
  • Prepare reports on campaign effectiveness, lead generation, and ROI
  • Identify opportunities for optimization and process improvements

Vendor & Subcontractor Coordination

  • Coordinate with external marketing vendors and subcontractors
  • Track deliverables and ensure projects are completed on time
  • Maintain quality and consistency across marketing initiatives

Executive & Operations Support (20%)

Recruiting Support

  • Assist with recruiting activities, including sourcing and coordinating candidates
  • Support inbound and outbound recruiting initiatives

Strategic Projects

  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis
  • Support business development and strategic growth initiatives
  • Assist leadership with special projects and operational priorities

Operational Support

  • Coordinate shipments and administrative logistics
  • Create and improve internal systems and processes
  • Provide support to consulting and operations staff as needed

Requirements

  • Proven experience in marketing coordination, executive assistance, project management, or similar roles
  • Strong ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities with excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills with a self-starter, results-driven mindset
  • Comfortable using and learning new tools, highly organized, and able to work independently and collaboratively

  • Pipedrive
  • Kajabi
  • WordPress
  • Monday.com
  • Google Workspace
  • AI tools such as Claude and ChatGPT
