Job Overview
Our client is looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to handle front-end communications for multiple clients. Client Overview
The client operates an agency that provides outsourced sales and customer service solutions to brick-and-mortar businesses. Their clients include venue spaces, photography studios, and similar service-based businesses that need support with lead conversion and customer communications.
Schedule
Monday - Friday, flexible during client business hours ET (20 work hours per week)
Responsibilities
- Handle incoming inquiries and respond to leads in a timely and professional manner.
- Set appointments and manage scheduling for clients across various service-based businesses.
- Conduct follow-up communications with leads to ensure maximum conversion rates.
- Provide front-end customer service support including responding to questions and addressing client needs.
- Manage high call volumes while maintaining quality service standards.
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service with a focus on lead generation and appointment setting.
- Specific experience using Go High Level CRM
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage clients professionally across phone, email, and other channels.
- Experience managing multiple clients or accounts simultaneously.

- Previous experience working with brick-and-mortar businesses, such as venue spaces or photography studios.
