Job Overview

As an Cold Caller, you will be responsible for conducting outbound outreach to local service-based businesses, primarily plumbing companies, to generate qualified discovery call appointments. This role is ideal for someone who is confident on the phone, highly organized, and experienced in high-volume cold calling within a B2B environment.

You will play a key role in introducing the company’s AI receptionist solutions to business owners, managing lead workflows through GoHighLevel CRM, and maintaining accurate records of outreach activities. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, resilience, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while consistently meeting outreach and appointment targets.

Work Schedule: 9 AM to 5 PM Eastern Time, Monday to Friday, with 1 hour unpaid lunch break (35 working hours per week)

Responsibilities

  • Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls to local service businesses, primarily plumbing companies, to generate qualified appointments
  • Effectively communicate the value of an AI receptionist consultation to business owners and decision-makers
  • Book discovery call appointments with interested prospects using GoHighLevel CRM
  • Manage and organize lead lists sourced through Outscraper to ensure efficient call workflows
  • Track call outcomes, follow-up tasks, and appointment details accurately within the CRM
  • Maintain a professional and engaging phone presence that builds trust with U.S.-based small business owners

Requirements

  • Proven experience in outbound cold calling or appointment setting, preferably in a B2B environment
  • Proficiency with GoHighLevel CRM for lead management and appointment scheduling
  • Strong resilience and ability to handle objections and rejection positively
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet daily call and appointment targets
  • High level of attention to detail when logging call data and scheduling appointments
