Job Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain monthly pipeline and performance reports across multiple international territories
• Monitor and report on international manager activities, performance metrics, and commission tracking
• Process monthly and quarterly commission invoicing accurately and within deadlines
• Manage UK, Spain, and Portugal agent fee invoicing and coordinate with relevant stakeholders regarding payments and billing queries
• Support compliance and policy administration to ensure operational processes align with company standards and regulatory requirements
• Maintain and organize listing agreements, contracts, and related documentation
• Assist with bank reconciliation processes and financial record verification
• Coordinate operational activities across international teams to ensure smooth workflow and communication
• Provide support for ad hoc reporting, analysis, and operational improvement projects
• Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and timely completion of administrative and financial tasks

Job Requirements

• Previous experience in reporting, invoicing, finance administration, or operations support
• Strong understanding of invoicing processes, reconciliations, and financial documentation
• Experience working with international teams or multi-territory operations is preferred
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally
• Experience with compliance administration or policy documentation is an advantage
• Proactive, reliable, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision
• Familiarity with CRM, accounting, or operational management systems is preferred
