Our client is a premier real estate professional specializing in high-end residential properties across the San Francisco Bay Area, maintaining an average listing price of $1.6 million. In addition to luxury listings, the client holds a unique niche working with family trusts and estate sales, guiding adult children through the process of preparing inherited properties for the market via strategic renovations and professional staging. Bringing 13 years of real estate experience combined with a background in graphic design and marketing, the client is looking for a creative, high-caliber Social Media Strategist. Your mission is to bridge traditional, high-touch luxury service with cutting-edge digital visibility, developing a sophisticated online presence that balances elite professionalism with genuine, approachable messaging.

Schedule  

  • Flexible Monday -Sunday 6am-8pm (20 hours per week)

Responsibilities

  • Omnichannel Strategy: Develop and execute high-end social media strategies across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, and TikTok to maximize local market luxury visibility.
  • Content Transformation: Turn raw client-provided materials (property photos, video clips, voice notes) into polished, cinematic Reels, graphics, and long-form videos.
  • Luxury Storytelling: Write compelling captions and brand copy that authentically mimic the client's voice, highlighting the emotional and financial nuances of estate sales and luxury transformations.
  • Community Engagement: Conduct proactive digital outreach by participating in relevant local groups, interacting with high-net-worth prospects, moderating pages, and managing strategic direct message (DM) campaigns.
  • Targeted Promotions: Manage paid and organic property listing campaigns, identifying and targeting specific demographics (e.g., trust beneficiaries, luxury buyers) to maximize listing reach.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Generate detailed monthly performance reports tracking engagement metrics, click-through rates (CTR), age demographics, and overall platform growth to refine strategy.
  • Digital Optimization: Provide continuous optimization for website SEO and local search visibility to improve discoverability in competitive Bay Area real estate searches.
  • Brand Advisory: Act as a strategic partner by offering constructive feedback on website layout, digital content gaps, and emerging luxury marketing trends.

Requirements

  • Proven Track Record: Solid experience as a Social Media Strategist or Manager, backed by a portfolio demonstrating high-end content creation and successful campaign execution.
  • Multimedia Production: Strong graphic design, video editing, and visual storytelling skills tailored to premium or aesthetic-heavy brands.
  • Linguistic Versatility: Exceptional written English communication skills with the ability to write seamlessly in a client’s established, sophisticated voice.
  • Analytics Competency: Demonstrated knowledge of social media backend analytics tools and the ability to translate raw data into actionable business insights.
  • Strategic Independence: Ability to work autonomously, take initiative with raw assets, and meet project deadlines without heavy oversight.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience working with real estate professionals, architectural firms, developers, or luxury lifestyle brands is highly preferred.
  • Background in marketing high-end properties or navigating sensitive trust/estate-sale scenarios.
  • Familiarity with hyper-local geographic targeting and demographic research for affluent Northern California audiences.
  • Proficiency in modern design and editing platforms (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or Premiere Pro).
