Spanish Bilingual Customer Service and Order Entry Agent

Join our team to manage seamless e-commerce operations, from precise order entry to delivering top-tier chat and email support. This is a great opportunity to work closely with business leadership while expanding your skills in a dynamic, independent role.
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, 12 pm to 4 pm Eastern
Responsibilities
- Process and transfer incoming customer orders from the company website to supplier platforms accurately and efficiently
- Respond to customer inquiries via chat and email, ensuring accurate and resourceful answers based on available documentation
- Prepare and coordinate price quotes by liaising between the business owner and suppliers
- Handle billing tasks, including invoicing and payment follow-ups
- Escalate unresolved or unclear queries to the business owner rather than providing unverified information
- Maintain organized records of orders, quotes, and customer communications
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail, particularly when matching product fields across different platforms
- Excellent written communication skills with a professional and conversational tone
- Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment in ambiguous situations
- Willingness to learn a broad product catalog and apply knowledge consistently
- Prior experience in order processing, customer support, or e-commerce environments
Scope
- Non-voice tasks, including order entry, billing, chat, and email support
- Voice support required for price quoting and select customer calls
- Operate within established workflows while adapting to evolving processes
- Collaborate closely with the business owner for training and escalation
