Spanish Bilingual Customer Service and Order Entry Agent

Overview

Are you a detail-oriented professional fluent in both English and Spanish? Join our team to manage seamless e-commerce operations, from precise order entry to delivering top-tier chat and email support. This is a great opportunity to work closely with business leadership while expanding your skills in a dynamic, independent role.

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday, 12 pm to 4 pm Eastern

Responsibilities

  • Process and transfer incoming customer orders from the company website to supplier platforms accurately and efficiently
  • Respond to customer inquiries via chat and email, ensuring accurate and resourceful answers based on available documentation
  • Prepare and coordinate price quotes by liaising between the business owner and suppliers
  • Handle billing tasks, including invoicing and payment follow-ups
  • Escalate unresolved or unclear queries to the business owner rather than providing unverified information
  • Maintain organized records of orders, quotes, and customer communications

Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail, particularly when matching product fields across different platforms
  • Excellent written communication skills with a professional and conversational tone
  • Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment in ambiguous situations
  • Willingness to learn a broad product catalog and apply knowledge consistently
  • Prior experience in order processing, customer support, or e-commerce environments

Scope

  • Non-voice tasks, including order entry, billing, chat, and email support
  • Voice support required for price quoting and select customer calls
  • Operate within established workflows while adapting to evolving processes
  • Collaborate closely with the business owner for training and escalation
