Case Intake & Eligibility Analyst
Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Process and manage case intake documentation for healthcare clients
- Conduct eligibility screening and verification procedures
- Organize and categorize documents according to established protocols
- Update and maintain tracking systems and case management records
- Monitor deadlines and ensure timely task completion
- Coordinate workflow activities across teams and stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with healthcare data privacy standards and regulations
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in healthcare claims, insurance operations, or revenue cycle management
- Proficiency with Excel, SharePoint, and Microsoft Teams
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal English communication abilities
- Working knowledge of HIPAA and healthcare data confidentiality requirements
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
Preferred Experience
- Background in legal process outsourcing or compliance support
- Experience with back-office documentation and administrative processes
