Job Title: Sales Representative | AI Voice Agent Solutions
Role Overview
We are seeking a driven Sales Representative to support outbound sales efforts for an AI voice agent solution designed for service-based businesses. This role focuses on high-volume cold calling, lead qualification, and closing deals directly over the phone.
The ideal candidate is confident, results-driven, and experienced in handling the full sales cycle from first contact through to onboarding and payment.
Schedule: Part-time (20 hours/week minimum), Pacific timezone (Las Vegas, Nevada) Mon - Fri flexible 6am-8pm PST
Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls to service-based businesses
- Present and explain the AI voice agent solution and its value (cost savings, efficiency, and revenue growth)
- Qualify leads through structured questioning and identify decision-makers
- Handle objections confidently and professionally
- Close sales directly on the call, including collecting payment details and completing onboarding
- Book qualified appointments or perform live transfers when needed
- Follow up with leads via phone, email, and SMS to improve conversion rates
- Track and update all activity in CRM systems (e.g., GoHighLevel)
- Report daily performance metrics including calls made, leads qualified, and deals closed
- Collaborate with the business owner to refine messaging and improve outreach strategy
Requirements
- Proven experience in outbound cold calling and sales (B2B or B2C)
- Strong communication and persuasion skills with the ability to handle objections
- Experience selling service-based or tech-related products preferred
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as GoHighLevel or similar platforms
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet targets
- Strong professionalism, consistency, and reliability in performance
