Bookkeeper
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Bookkeeper to manage accounting records and maintain financial accounts using QuickBooks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain personal and business chart of accounts in QuickBooks
- Record financial transactions accurately and timely
- Reconcile accounts and ensure data integrity
- Generate financial reports as needed
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Support general accounting and bookkeeping tasks
Required Skills:
- Proficiency with QuickBooks (desktop or online)
- Strong knowledge of bookkeeping principles and practices
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
