About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Landscape Construction Estimator to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for preparing comprehensive estimates for a diverse portfolio of commercial, industrial, and institutional landscape construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop accurate and detailed cost estimates for landscape construction projects across commercial, industrial, and institutional sectors
• Review project specifications, plans, and scope documents to determine project requirements
• Analyze material costs, labor requirements, and equipment needs
• Prepare professional estimate documentation for client presentations
• Collaborate with project managers and sales teams to support project delivery
• Maintain updated knowledge of current material pricing and industry standards
• Ensure all estimates are completed in a timely and professional manner

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience preparing landscape construction estimates
• Strong understanding of commercial, industrial, or institutional landscape projects
• Proficiency with estimating software and tools
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
• Strong communication and organizational abilities
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications
