  • Job Title: Investigative Researcher & Cold Caller

    Role Overview

    We are seeking highly motivated and English-fluent professionals to support investigative research and outbound outreach operations. This role combines research, skip tracing, CRM management, and cold calling to help identify and engage potential clients related to unclaimed assets and estate-related matters.

    This is not a basic administrative role. It requires critical thinking, strong attention to detail, professionalism, and confident verbal communication skills.


    Key Responsibilities

    Investigative Research & Skip Tracing

    • Research unclaimed property accounts and public databases
    • Locate original account owners, heirs, beneficiaries, or related parties using skip-tracing tools and online research
    • Build and verify family connections and ownership records
    • Cross-reference data such as names, addresses, relatives, and historical records to verify identities

    Outbound Calling & Client Outreach

    • Conduct outbound cold calls to U.S.-based individuals and contacts
    • Clearly and professionally explain services using approved scripts
    • Build rapport and handle objections confidently
    • Identify qualified prospects and move leads through the outreach process
    • Schedule and manage follow-up calls consistently

    CRM & Administrative Support

    • Maintain and update lead information in CRM systems and Google Sheets
    • Log detailed call notes, outcomes, and next steps accurately
    • Schedule reminders and follow-up activities
    • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
    • Meet call quotas, KPIs, and quality standards

    Required Qualifications

    • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
    • Strong confidence and professionalism on outbound phone calls
    • Previous experience in cold calling, sales, lead generation, or appointment setting
    • Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
    • High attention to detail and organizational ability
    • Comfortable handling cold calls and follow-up conversations
    • Tech-savvy with the ability to learn multiple online tools and systems quickly
    • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

    Preferred Background & Experience

    • Experience in investigative research, skip tracing, genealogy, legal support, real estate, or related industries
    • Familiarity with CRM systems, Google Sheets, and online research tools
    • Experience working with U.S.-based clients or businesses
    • Ability to handle sensitive or confidential information professionally
