Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Sales Development Representative to join our outbound sales team focusing on dental clinics. This is a full-time remote position conducting B2B cold calling to book appointments with decision-makers at dental practices. The ideal candidate will have proven experience overcoming gatekeepers, managing high call volumes, and maintaining persistent follow-up strategies.
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Arizona Time

Responsibilities
- Make outbound B2B calls to dental clinics to inform prospects about services and build interest.
- Navigate past front desk staff and gatekeepers to connect with office managers and practice owners.
- Book qualified appointments for decision-makers to review services in detail.
- Send follow-up emails when provided contact information and maintain consistent touchpoint strategy.
- Follow up with prospects using a structured approach of up to three voicemails and three emails before moving to next prospect.
- Utilize Go High Level CRM and dialer to manage pipeline and track all prospect interactions.
- Listen to recorded calls for continuous improvement and learning from successful strategies.
- Meet daily call volume targets and maintain accurate activity tracking.
Must-Have Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience as a Sales Development Representative or similar outbound sales role.
- Demonstrated success in cold calling, appointment setting, and navigating gatekeepers.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong phone presence.
- Experience using CRM systems to manage leads and track sales activities.
- Ability to handle rejection professionally and maintain consistent activity levels.
- Self-motivated with strong work ethic and ability to work independently in a remote environment.

- Previous experience calling into dental clinics or healthcare industry.
- Familiarity with Go High Level CRM platform.
- Background in medical or healthcare-related sales.
- Experience working across different US time zones for call coverage.
