Are you a detail-oriented Digital Marketing Assistant seeking a versatile role across social media, email marketing, and platform administration? This is a part-time, 20-hour-per-week remote position offering flexible scheduling during PST business hours. We are seeking a tech-savvy, creative professional comfortable managing WordPress, Kajabi, and various digital marketing ecosystems.
Client Overview:
The client is a growing digital business supporting multiple brands across online education, social media, and content creation. We need a proactive assistant to manage content operations and customer communications across several diverse accounts. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is looking for a long-term professional fit.
Schedule:
- Monday - Friday, PST (Pacific Standard Time), Part-time (20 hours/week minimum) with potential to transition to full-time later.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain social media content across multiple client accounts, ensuring brand consistency and regular posting of videos, reels, memes, and graphics
- Edit short-form video content, such as reels using AI-assisted tools like Opus Clip
- Set up and manage ManyChat messaging for select Instagram and Facebook accounts
- Draft, schedule, and send email marketing campaigns using ConvertKit and ActiveCampaign while following established templates and brand voice
- Assist with SMS marketing campaigns as the business expands into this channel
- Handle client email correspondence, including responding to inquiries, processing refunds, and updating subscriptions through WooCommerce and WordPress
- Support landing page creation, design updates, and maintenance using WordPress Elementor and Kajabi
- Help secure podcast interviews and media opportunities for clients to increase brand awareness
- Coordinate and manage multiple digital marketing tasks while meeting deadlines independently
Requirements:
- Proven experience in social media management and digital marketing content creation
- Experience editing short-form video content for platforms such as Instagram Reels, TikTok, or YouTube Shorts
- Familiarity with WordPress backend administration, including WooCommerce subscription and order management
- Experience using Kajabi, Wishlist Member, LearnDash, or similar online course and membership platforms
- Experience with email marketing platforms such as ConvertKit and ActiveCampaign is highly preferred
- Familiarity with ManyChat, Canva, and AI-assisted content tools is an advantage
- Strong written English communication skills with the ability to maintain a professional and on-brand tone
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new tools and systems
