This is role focuses on managing customer inquiries, leads, and administrative tasks to improve response times and customer satisfaction. Our client is looking for a candidate to handle front-line customer communications, CRM management, and database maintenance while escalating larger sales opportunities to the sales team.
Client Overview
The client is an established equipment supply company based in Australia with 12-13 years of operation serving business-to-business customers, with transaction values ranging from small orders to high-value deals of $10,000-$20,000.
Schedule

Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM AEST, with 1 hour unpaid break (40 work hours per week)
Responsibilities
- Manage incoming customer inquiries and respond within 30 minutes to 1 hour with solutions or next steps.
- Maintain and update the CRM system (Go High Level), including email management, task tracking, and workflow organization.
- Conduct outbound customer service calls and email campaigns using Klaviyo to reconnect with existing customers.
- Perform database cleanup by reaching out to existing customers to update contact information and ensure data accuracy.
- Provide pricing information and handle straightforward transactions independently, escalating complex or high-value deals to senior sales team members.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for sales team members when customer conversations require deeper consultation.
- Create and send professional email correspondence using templates and design tools within Klaviyo.
- Handle quote requests and provide customers with ordering options, promotional codes, and shipping information.
Requirements
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience in office administration, sales support, or customer service roles.
- Proven experience with CRM systems and email marketing platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail in customer correspondence.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in corporate environments or the hospitality and beverage sector.
- Familiarity with Go High Level CRM and Klaviyo email marketing platform.
