Job Overview

This is a specialized outreach role focused on building relationships with commercial real estate brokers to source off-market distressed properties including apartment buildings, motels, and multi-family units. The position requires proactive lead generation, list building, and consistent follow-up over a 3-6 month initial period with potential for more commitment based on performance.

Client Overview

Our client is a growing real estate investment company specializing in acquiring distressed residential and commercial properties across the North eastern United States. They focus on multi-family properties, apartment complexes, and potential motel conversions, working exclusively with off-market deals to maximize acquisition opportunities.

Schedule:

• Monday - Friday, 12pm - 4pm New York, Eastern Time (20 hours per week)

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain comprehensive lists of commercial real estate brokers across New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, and Pennsylvania
• Conduct consistent outbound calls to commercial brokers to introduce the company and establish buyer relationships
• Execute structured follow-up cadences with brokers on a weekly basis to maintain top-of-mind awareness
• Track all outreach activity, call outcomes, and broker details in organized Google Sheets and shared spreadsheets
• Record and submit call logs and recordings to ensure quality and accountability
• Nurture long-term broker relationships to position the company as a preferred buyer for off-market distressed commercial properties

Requirements:

• Prior experience in outbound calling, cold calling, or sales development
• Experience with commercial real estate industry
• Proficiency with Dialpad or similar phone dialer platforms
• Strong verbal communication skills with fluent, professional English
• High level of attention to detail when managing contact lists and tracking follow-ups
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and maintain consistent output
