Join a growing children’s apparel startup as a versatile designer responsible for shaping the visual identity of a premium pajama brand. You will bridge the gap between imaginative textile pattern creation and structured brand execution, supporting everything from product launch to digital marketing.

Schedule: Part-Time (20 hours per week) | Flexible scheduling

Responsibilities

Textile & Print Design

• Create original textile prints and surface patterns for children’s pajamas based on creative direction and mood boards
• Adjust print scale, icon sizing, colors, and placement for production readiness
• Apply finalized artwork to tech packs and garment layouts
• Ensure accurate Pantone color matching and consistency across designs

Packaging & Brand Design

• Design packaging layouts including tube packaging and branded materials
• Produce graphics aligned with established brand guidelines, colors, logos, and fonts
• Create stickers, inserts, flyers, and additional branded collateral

Marketing & Digital Design

• Design email templates and social media graphics
• Support ongoing visual content creation for marketing campaigns and launch activities
• Maintain consistency across all customer-facing visual materials

Collaboration & Workflow

• Collaborate directly with the founders to translate creative ideas into production-ready designs
• Revise and refine designs based on feedback and evolving brand direction
• Manage multiple creative tasks independently while maintaining quality and deadlines

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
• Demonstrated experience in textile or surface pattern design, with a relevant portfolio
• Solid understanding of the Pantone color matching system and print production standards
• High level of attention to detail and ability to maintain brand consistency across deliverables
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple design tasks with minimal supervision
