You’ll play a crucial role in keeping this environmental services company running smoothly by managing data transfer between their internal systems and major client platforms. Schedule: 

  • Full-time (40 hours per week)
  • Work during the Philippines' business hours but needs to be available during the UK morning meetings

Responsibilities:

  • Transfer data accurately between the company’s internal system and their major client’s platform
  • Perform basic calculations involving times, lengths, and periods as part of data processing
  • Handle cohorts of information systematically to maintain workflow efficiency and meet deadlines
  • Follow detailed training materials and standard operating procedures with precision
  • Participate in morning coordination meetings to review progress and receive new assignments
  • Maintain data accuracy and attention to detail throughout all transfer processes
  • Support peak season operations during high-volume periods (December through May)
  • Adapt to additional database and administrative tasks as proficiency develops

Requirements:

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry work
  • Basic math skills for calculating times, lengths, and periods
  • Tech-savvy with ability to learn new software systems quickly
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and training materials precisely
  • Reliable internet connection and suitable home office setup
  • Bonus if you have previous data entry or administrative experience
  • It helps if you’re comfortable with database systems and can work independently after training
