Customer Service & Admin Assistant
We are seeking a warm, professional, and proactive Administrative Assistant with customer service experience to serve as the voice of excellence for a growing landscaping service company in South Florida. In this role, you will manage daily administrative operations, process professional quotes within Jobber, and deliver exceptional customer support during high-volume call periods. Working closely with upper management, you will streamline workflows and maintain organized communications to ensure every client interaction reflects the company's commitment to outstanding service.
Schedule:

Monday to Friday, 10:00 am to 6:00 pm EST
Responsibilities:

Process quote requests and send professional quotes using the Jobber system

Handle customer emails and manage all client correspondence with warmth and professionalism

Answer phones during high call volume periods and provide exceptional customer service

Execute delegated administrative tasks independently with minimal supervision

Manage day-to-day administrative operations to support the leadership team

Maintain an organized workflow for client communications and project documentation

Support upper management by handling routine tasks so they can focus on sales and strategic initiatives
Requirements:

Customer service experience with phone-based client interactions

Warm, professional communication style with bubbly, engaging personality

Comfortable handling high call volumes and client-facing responsibilities

Fluent in English (Spanish is a bonus but not required)

Organized and detail-oriented approach to administrative tasks

Ability to work independently and execute tasks with minimal supervision

Bonus if you have experience with CRM or project management systems like Jobber
