Your Role: Appointment Setter / Admin Assistant
Schedule- Flexible during client working hours- Full time, Eastern Time
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to contractors and cabinet companies to schedule appointments for sales representatives
- Create and manage invoices in QuickBooks based on job details provided by the sales team
- Coordinate scheduling and follow-ups to support the onboarding of new commercial business
- Handle text and call communications with contractors and prospective clients throughout the day
- Assist with general administrative tasks as they arise to support daily business operations
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records across all scheduling and invoicing activities
Requirements:
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills with minimal language barriers
- Proficiency or ability to quickly learn QuickBooks for invoicing purposes
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail, especially when handling financial documents
- Ability to learn new software and internal processes quickly
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Prior experience in an administrative or appointment-setting role is preferred
Scope:
- Full-time role (40 hours per week) with flexible scheduling, including potential Saturday hours
- Work aligned to the client's U.S. time zone, starting at approximately 9:00 AM
- Split focus between outbound appointment setting and real-time invoice creation
- Serve as the primary administrative support for the sales team
- Gradually take on additional business tasks as the role evolves and integration deepens
