Our client is a fast-growing Florida-based insurance agency that’s modernizing how families and businesses find better coverage. Specializing in home, auto, and business insurance, this agency takes a proactive, relationship-driven approach using calls, texts, and emails—rather than traditional mail campaigns. You’ll be the first point of contact for warm insurance leads, helping Florida families understand their potential savings and next steps. You’ll work closely with an experienced insurance professional who values efficiency, professionalism, and helping clients make informed coverage decisions.

Schedule

• Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM Pembroke Pines, FL Time with a 1-hour unpaid break

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to warm leads who have already received insurance quotes
• Gauge customer interest in competitive home, auto, and business insurance rates
• Collect and verify customer information needed for policy processing
• Transfer qualified prospects to the insurance agent for final consultation and closing
• Navigate multiple insurance platforms to access and update customer records
• Communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking prospects to support Florida’s diverse market
• Schedule callbacks and track renewal timing when applicable
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and lead statuses

Requirements

• Fluency in both English and Spanish (verbal and written)
• Quote Rush experience (must)
• Previous experience in the insurance industry strongly preferred
• Professional home office setup with dual monitors or a large display
• Familiarity with insurance tools such as Agency Zoom, PO Rating, or Easy Links (preferred)
• Strong phone presence with the ability to build rapport quickly
• Reliable internet connection and professional communication standards
• Bonus: Experience with major carriers (Progressive, Geico, Travelers, Hartford)
• Bonus: Familiarity with the Florida insurance market
