Join our team as a dedicated partner to high-end interior designers, providing white-glove service and seamless logistics management for luxury clientele. This role is perfect for a polished professional who thrives on managing complex order lifecycles while maintaining premium brand standards.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 10 AM–6 PM US Pacific Time
Responsibilities
- Deliver white-glove customer service to high-end interior designers and luxury clientele
- Manage inbound inquiries and nurture client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
- Coordinate logistics including order tracking, shipping schedules, and delivery confirmations
- Proactively communicate order status updates and resolve any fulfillment issues promptly
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and logistics activities
- Support day-to-day operational tasks to ensure seamless order fulfillment
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service within a luxury, premium, or high-end environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional and polished tone
- Experience handling logistics coordination such as order management and shipment tracking
- High level of attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Ability to work during US Pacific business hours (approximately 10 AM–6 PM)
- Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
