Outbound Sales Development Representative (Global B2B)

Job Overview

Our client is a fast-growing global business solutions company specializing in sourcing and supplying high-quality industrial and commercial products to international markets. Our client is looking for a proactive, highly motivated, and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to manage inbound and outbound prospect engagement. You will play a key role in qualifying leads, scheduling meetings, and nurturing prospects to support the growth of the sales pipeline across the US, Canada, Europe, UK, and UAE markets.

Schedule

  • Tuesday - Saturday, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM EST, with 30-minute paid break (37.5-40 work hours per week)

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound leads (approximately 4–5 per day) by contacting prospects and qualifying their needs and level of interest.
  • Conduct outbound calls via JustCall to re-engage dormant leads and identify new purchasing opportunities or vendor requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects across international markets.
  • Communicate with leads via phone, WhatsApp, and email to coordinate meetings and move opportunities through the sales pipeline.
  • Follow up consistently with prospects to maximize appointment bookings and potential conversions.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records of all lead interactions, pipeline updates, and follow-up activities within the CRM.
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handovers and progression.
  • Utilize provided sales scripts, templates, and communication guidelines effectively.
  • Support the development of a healthy and sustainable sales pipeline during the ramp-up period.
  • Contribute to long-term lead nurturing initiatives over a minimum three-month period.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in appointment setting, lead generation, lead qualification, or outbound sales calling.
  • Professional English communication skills for international business calls.
  • Strong persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities with minimal supervision.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with close attention to detail.
  • Comfortable communicating with international clients across multiple time zones.
  • Experience using CRM systems, phone dialers (JustCall preferred), WhatsApp, and email tools.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a strong drive to meet and exceed targets.
