Real Estate Cold Caller

Schedule: 40hrs per week, Monday-Friday 9:00-5:00pm | Eastern Time

Responsibilities:

  • Execute high-volume outbound cold calls to prospective property sellers using a provided script
  • Identify and qualify motivated seller leads and pass them to the internal sales team
  • Maintain accurate call logs and lead records within the company's CRM system
  • Meet daily and weekly call volume and lead generation targets consistently
  • Conduct timely follow-ups with previously contacted prospects to nurture potential opportunities
  • Provide daily performance reports summarizing call activity and leads generated

Requirements:

  • Ability to follow a script while maintaining a conversational and engaging tone
  • Resilience and persistence in handling high rejection rates common in cold calling
  • High level of self-discipline and accountability to work independently without direct supervision
  • Strong attention to detail when logging calls and qualifying leads
  • Prior cold calling or telemarketing experience preferred; real estate experience is a plus but not required

Scope:

  • Strictly outbound lead generation—no deal closing or negotiation required
  • All calling software and scripts will be provided by the client
  • Performance will be measured by call volume, lead quality, and appointment-setting consistency
