Customer Support Representative

You’ll work closely with a collaborative team, document cases accurately in our CRM, and play an active role in improving how we serve our customers. Schedule
- Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM EST with 1hr unpaid break
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer support calls with professionalism and empathy
- Respond to customer emails promptly and accurately, addressing inquiries and concerns effectively
- Troubleshoot and resolve a wide range of customer issues, including billing inquiries, reservation adjustments, vehicle-related problems during rental trips, and more
- Process payments and refunds accurately, maintaining financial records with precision
- Log comprehensive details of customer issues and the corresponding resolutions in our CRM system, ensuring accurate documentation for future reference
- Identify and seize opportunities to enhance the overall customer experience, providing feedback and insights to the management team
- Collaborate with other team members to share best practices, resolve complex issues, and contribute to a positive team environment
Qualifications & Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service or call center environments with demonstrated long-term tenure in prior customer support roles
- Strong track record of resolving customer concerns while maintaining high customer satisfaction
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
- High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Comfortable handling multiple customer interactions in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and customer support tools
- Ability to work weekends and flexible schedules to support a 24/7 operation
