B2B Sales Executive (Zoho)

Job Overview

Our client is looking for an B2B Sales Executive who will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle, from first contact through to closing, handover, and onboarding coordination. The successful candidate will be expected to work with urgency, keep their pipeline clean, and consistently drive high conversion rates. This role suits someone who thrives in a high-performance environment and understands that sales is a daily discipline, not a once-a-week activity.

Schedule

  • Flexible during client's business hours (EMEA) (40 hours per week)

Responsibilities

Sales Execution & Deal Closing

  • Manage the full sales cycle: prospect engagement, discovery, solution presentation, objection handling, and closing.
  • Consistently hit monthly revenue and conversion targets.
  • Maintain strong deal momentum and ensure no lead goes cold due to lack of follow-up.
  • Confidently sell the value proposition across multiple client sizes, industries, and role requirements.

Client Discovery & Consultative Selling

  • Run structured discovery calls to understand the client’s business, hiring needs, pain points, and urgency.
  • Advise clients on the best hiring model and role fit based on their requirements.
  • Set clear expectations around process, timelines, and delivery.
  • Build trust quickly and position yourself as a credible advisor, not just a salesperson.

Pipeline & CRM Management (Non-Negotiable)

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date deal notes, next steps, and close probabilities in Zoho.
  • Ensure every deal has clear next actions, follow-up dates, and proper documentation.
  • Track deal progression and report on pipeline health weekly.
  • Follow internal sales processes and CRM hygiene standards consistently.

Communication & Speed

  • Respond to leads and prospects quickly and professionally.
  • Maintain high-quality written communication in every interaction.
  • Coordinate internal teams where needed to keep deals moving (recruitment, onboarding, accreditation, operations, etc.).

Ownership & Accountability

  • Take full responsibility for your targets, pipeline, and conversion rates.
  • Identify bottlenecks in the sales process and propose improvements.
  • Operate with a “figure it out” mindset while staying aligned with internal processes.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of strong sales performance in a closing role (B2B experience is essential).
  • Strong CRM discipline (Zoho experience highly preferred).
  • Proven ability to sell services (recruitment, outsourcing, consulting, SaaS, staffing, or similar).
  • Strong consultative selling skills: discovery, objection handling, urgency creation, and closing.
  • Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with high expectations.
  • Professional, mature, and commercially sharp, able to speak confidently to founders, executives, and hiring managers.

Nice to have

  • Experience in recruitment, staffing, offshore outsourcing, or managed services.
  • Experience selling into the Middle-East, UK, US, Canada or Australian markets.
  • Understanding of hiring workflows, role requirements, and candidate delivery models.
