Job Overview
We’re looking for a confident and motivated Cold Caller to support business development efforts in the construction industry. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys outbound sales, building relationships, and generating new business opportunities through proactive outreach.
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm EST with one hour of unpaid break
Responsibilities
- Conduct cold outreach calls to potential contractor partners
- Follow up with existing leads and previous customers
- Navigate gatekeepers professionally to connect with decision makers
- Schedule qualified appointments for the US-based sales team
- Maintain accurate CRM records and lead tracking
- Support top-of-funnel sales and contractor network growth initiatives
Requirements
- Previous experience in outbound sales, cold calling, or appointment setting
- Resilient and motivated attitude toward high-volume outreach
- Ability to quickly learn industry terminology and services
- Experience in construction-related sales is a plus
