Job Description:
As a Sales Representative, you will drive outbound sales efforts by connecting with prospective clients and freelancers, communicating the platform’s value proposition, and guiding prospects through the sales pipeline. You will play a key role in developing scalable outreach strategies, refining messaging, and contributing directly to business growth through proactive lead generation and sales execution.

Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM MST (40 hours per week)
Responsibilities:
Outbound Sales & Lead Generation
- Conduct outbound cold calls and email outreach to prospective clients and freelancers
- Generate interest and engagement through persuasive communication and relationship building
- Promote the platform’s services and value proposition clearly and professionally
Sales Pipeline Management
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through to appointment setting or deal closure
- Track and maintain lead activity within the sales pipeline
- Ensure timely and consistent follow-up with all prospects
Sales Strategy & Process Development
- Develop and improve cold call scripts and email outreach templates
- Collaborate with leadership to refine sales messaging and targeting strategies
- Contribute to scalable outreach workflows and sales collateral development
Reporting & Performance Tracking
- Provide regular updates on outreach activity, conversion rates, and pipeline progress
- Maintain accurate sales records and CRM updates
- Identify opportunities to improve outreach performance and conversion rates
Requirements:
- 2–5 years of experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or business development
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Professional and persuasive phone presence
- Ability to learn and communicate new products or services quickly
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
Preferred:
- Experience using CRM systems and calling platforms
- Experience in SaaS, freelancer platforms, or service-based industries
Scope & Engagement:
- 40 hours per week
- Monday to Friday schedule aligned with MST business hours
