Role Overview:

You will manage and maintain WordPress websites for multiple trade-based clients, implementing on-page and off-page SEO to improve organic rankings. You'll schedule and maintain social media content grids, track Google review performance, and support client review-generation strategies. Additionally, you will conduct light-touch, scripted lead qualification calls and pass hot leads to business owners, while monitoring algorithm changes to sustain page-one visibility.

Schedule:

• Mondays to Fridays, 9:00 am to 1:00 pm (Australian Eastern Time, 20 hours per week)

Scope:

• Support a portfolio of Australian trade-based businesses (electricians, plumbers, air conditioning)
• Coordinate with Amber to prioritise tasks and manage workflows across multiple clients
• Assist with ongoing content updates and website optimisation post-migration to WordPress
• Provide regular reporting on SEO performance and search ranking progress
• Handle basic lead qualification calls using a provided script and escalation process

Requirements:

• Demonstrated experience with WordPress website management and basic site maintenance
• Solid understanding of SEO fundamentals, including local SEO, backlinks, and keyword optimisation
• Experience managing social media content for small businesses
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• High level of attention to detail and ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
