Real Estate Outbound Cold Calling Specialist

Job Overview

As an Outbound Cold Caller / Appointment Setter, you will be responsible for conducting high-volume outbound calls to real estate agents to promote and secure attendance for a free marketing class. This role requires a confident and resilient communicator who can maintain energy and professionalism throughout hundreds of daily calls while effectively handling objections and securing bookings. You will manage follow-ups, track call outcomes in real time, and help drive attendance and engagement through consistent outreach efforts. This position is ideal for someone highly motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced sales environment.

Schedule

  • EST 9am to 5pm with 30 min unpaid break Monday to Friday

Responsibilities

  • Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls (200–250 per day) to real estate agents using RingCentral
  • Present and pitch a free marketing class to prospective attendees, securing bookings and confirmations
  • Track and update call outcomes, statuses, and follow-up notes on a shared Google Sheet in real time
  • Manage a callback schedule for prospects who were unavailable or expressed future interest
  • Maintain a professional and persuasive tone throughout every interaction to maximize conversion rates

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in outbound cold calling with a track record of handling high call volumes
  • Clear and neutral English-speaking ability with strong verbal communication skills
  • Resilience and composure when handling objections, hang-ups, or unresponsive prospects
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting daily targets
  • Strong organizational skills to manage call lists and follow-up schedules effectively
