Our client is looking for a Senior Construction Administrator to join a close-knit, high-performing team. Schedule

Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM AEST (40 work hours per week)
Responsibilities
- Manage incoming calls and client enquiries
- Coordinate bookings and consultations
- Handle email correspondence professionally
- Prepare and issue construction contracts
- Manage invoicing and follow up payments
- Maintain accurate records and data entry
- Support daily office operations
Requirements
- Proven experience in a senior administrative role
- Strong experience with invoicing and office operations
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- High attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Experience preparing contracts or similar documentation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or CRM systems
- Ability to work independently
Qualifications
- Experience in construction or trades industry (Preferred)
- Familiarity with job management or quoting software (Preferred)
- Accounts or bookkeeping experience (Preferred)
- Experience in small business environments (Preferred)
- Business Administration qualification (Desirable)
