Join our dynamic team as a B2B Appointment Setter, where you will play a pivotal role in driving growth by connecting with local business owners. This is a high-energy opportunity for a professional communicator to excel in outbound sales without the pressure of closing deals.

Schedule:

  • Flexible, EST zone, M-F 10:30 am - 1:30 pm and 3:30 pm - 5:30 pm. - 4 hours per day

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to local businesses to generate interest in advertising opportunities
  • Set qualified appointments for the sales team with prospective business advertisers
  • Manage and work through lead lists systematically throughout the day to maximize contact rates
  • Build rapport with business owners and decision-makers to secure meeting commitments
  • Track call outcomes and maintain accurate records of all prospect interactions
  • Handle objections professionally and guide conversations toward booking appointments

Requirements

  • Excellent English and clear communication skills
  • Sound conversational and relatable to the target audience
  • Proven B2B sales or appointment setting experience with a track record of results
  • Strong verbal communication skills with a professional and engaging phone presence
  • Customer service orientation with the ability to build trust quickly over the phone
  • Assertive yet composed demeanor when navigating objections and gatekeepers
  • High level of self-motivation and ability to work independently
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Scope:

  • Outbound B2B cold calling to local business owners and decision-makers
  • Appointment setting only; no closing responsibilities required
  • Working on Eastern Time zone during optimal calling windows
  • Utilizing a calling platform to place and track recorded calls
  • Collaborating with the clients to refine target lists and messaging
  • Reporting on daily and weekly appointment setting activity and outcomes
  • COMMISSIONS STRUCTURE IN PLACE
