Appointment Setter

Overview

Join a thriving football franchise business and play a pivotal role in their expansion by engaging with Meta-generated leads. We are looking for a persistent, high-energy communicator to qualify leads and secure discovery calls through strategic outbound calls and SMS follow-ups.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 9am-1pm EST (20hrs/week) (No Break)

Responsibilities

  • Conduct high volumes of outbound calls to cold and warm Meta leads daily
  • Follow up with leads via SMS and other communication channels
  • Qualify leads and schedule franchise discovery calls with the business owner
  • Build rapport quickly and maintain a professional, confident phone manner
  • Manage lead pipelines and maintain accurate tracking of outreach activities
  • Consistently follow up with unresponsive or low-intent leads
  • Handle objections, cancellations, and rejection professionally
  • Meet appointment-setting and performance targets
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to improve lead conversion strategies

Requirements

  • Previous experience in telesales, appointment setting, recruitment, or outbound sales at least 2 years
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills
  • Confident and persuasive phone presence
  • Comfortable making high volumes of outbound calls daily
  • Strong resilience and persistence in handling rejection and unanswered outreach
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving targets
  • Experience working with CRM systems and lead tracking tools is preferred
  • Ability to work independently and stay self-motivated in a repetitive outreach environment
  • Experience handling Meta/Facebook leads is an advantage
