Bilingual Yacht Charter Sales Coordinator
Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Bilingual Yacht Charter Sales Coordinator to manage the full booking lifecycle for English and Spanish-speaking clients.
This role combines sales coordination, customer communication, scheduling, and administrative management, ensuring every lead is handled professionally from initial inquiry through final booking and payment confirmation.
Company Overview:
A fast-growing luxury yacht charter and boat rental business based in Miami, serving a diverse international clientele. The company manages high volumes of inbound inquiries and coordinates premium charter experiences across a portfolio of luxury vessels.
Schedule:
- Mondays to Fridays, flexible schedule aligned with the client’s business hours (approximately starting by 8:00 or 9:00 am) (US Eastern Time, 40 hours per week)
Scope:
- Full ownership of lead follow-up and booking coordination processes
- Manage communication between customers, boat owners, and internal teams
- Support sales growth by ensuring no lead is missed
- Handle customer documentation, invoicing, and scheduling administration
- Contribute directly to customer satisfaction and revenue generation

Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Booking Coordination
- Manage inbound leads and oversee the full sales and booking process
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Spanish-speaking clients and prospects
- Conduct proactive follow-ups to maximize booking conversion rates
- Coordinate charter scheduling between clients and boat owners
- Ensure seamless communication throughout the booking lifecycle
- Contracts, Payments & Administration
- Prepare and send invoices, contracts, and payment confirmations
- Maintain organized and accurate records of all customer interactions
- Track leads, bookings, and communication within the CRM system
- Support operational workflows and ensure booking accuracy
- Customer Experience & CRM Management
- Utilize GoHighLevel CRM to manage lead pipelines and customer records (No prior GHL experience is required)
- Provide professional and responsive customer service to high-end clientele
- Support the team by managing dedicated lead segments and follow-up processes
- Help maintain operational efficiency in a fast-paced booking environment
Requirements:
- 2–3 years of experience in sales, booking coordination, customer service, or similar roles
- Professional fluency in both English and Spanish (written and verbal)
- Strong attention to detail when handling contracts, invoices, and payment processing
- Ability to manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment
- Excellent communication and customer relationship management abilities
Highly-Regarded Skills & Experiences:
- Experience using GoHighLevel or similar CRM platforms
- Background in travel, tourism, hospitality, luxury services, or yacht charter industries
- Experience handling high-ticket or premium customer experiences
- Familiarity with scheduling coordination and booking workflows
- Experience supporting bilingual or international client bases
