Overview

Take ownership of the project lifecycle as the primary liaison between our clients and field teams. This role is perfect for a highly organized communicator who thrives on managing scope, tracking milestones, and ensuring seamless project delivery from kickoff to close-out.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm Pacific with an hour unpaid break

Responsibilities

• Confirm scope details with the client and keep everyone aligned on changes.
• Coordinate scheduling, track milestones, deadlines, and open action items.
• Communicate project status updates to clients.
• Coordinate drawings, revisions, approvals, and issue resolution.
• Work with Admin/Finance Clerk on billing triggers, purchase orders, and documentation.
• Escalate risks, delays, or scope changes early.
• Close out projects properly, ensuring all deliverables and records are complete.

Requirements

• Strong client communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to understand technical scope, drawings, and service requirements.
• Good organization, follow-up discipline, and attention to detail.
• Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and manage priorities under deadlines.
• Preferred: Experience in telecom, structured cabling, low-voltage systems, or a related technical service environment.
• Preferred: Experience working with project-based customer accounts and internal coordination.
• Preferred: Familiarity with Zoho, and project-tracking tools.
