Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm Pacific with a 30-minute paid break

Responsibilities:

• Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls to prospective residential and commercial clients to generate new junk removal business
• Engage and re-engage existing clients and active leads to drive repeat business and schedule services
• Handle common objections around pricing, timing, and existing providers with confidence and professionalism
• Set qualified appointments for field crews to conduct in-person quotes and service visits
• Perform lead generation through Google research and other online methods to identify potential clients in the service area
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and scheduled appointments

Requirements:

• At least 1-3 years of recent proven experience in outbound cold calling, telemarketing, or appointment setting
• Strong objection handling and persuasion skills with a natural, conversational phone presence
• Ability to adapt communication style to different personalities and scenarios
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and maintain high call volumes
• Excellent verbal communication skills with a professional and approachable tone
• Experience in service-based or home services industries is a plus

Scope:

• Begin by working through an existing database of previous clients and 200–300 active leads
• Transition into independent lead generation through online research to build a sustainable pipeline
• Collaborate directly with the business owners to align on scheduling, pricing discussions, and service priorities
• Contribute to scaling the sales function as the business grows beyond the founders' capacity
