Customer Engagement Specialist
Job Description:
seeking a reliable, organized, and people-focused Experienced Sales Representative to join our team. This role is customer-facing and phone-heavy, with a strong emphasis on handling inbound and outbound calls, scheduling appointments, coordinating internal follow-ups, dealing with sales, marketing and operations team.
You will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring their questions are answered clearly, appointments are properly scheduled, and requests are routed efficiently. If you are detail-oriented, comfortable on the phone, and enjoy keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes, this role is a strong fit.
This is a remote position using modern communication and scheduling tools.
Schedule:
- Full-Time 35 hours per week
- Monday to Friday
- 10 AM to 6 PM EDT/EST
- 1 hour UNPAID break
Responsibilities:

Conduct strategic outbound cold calls to targeted lead lists and warm calls to marketing-generated leads to pitch services, handle objections, and uncover new business opportunities.

Move warm leads efficiently through the sales funnel by initiating timely follow-ups, gauging customer interest, and building rapport to maximize conversion rates.

Qualify inbound and outbound leads during live conversations against specific criteria before booking, confirming, or rescheduling appointments on consultants' or field teams' calendars.

Answer incoming calls and promptly respond to customer inquiries regarding services, scheduling, and general information with a professional, friendly manner.

Accurately enter and maintain detailed customer records, call notes, and pipeline status updates in the CRM system in real time.

Proactively monitor calendars and coordinate with internal teams to eliminate scheduling conflicts, gaps, or missed appointments.

Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure all customer requests are followed up on promptly and internal workflows stay current.

Prepare daily activity summaries and performance updates for management, and efficiently route complex cases or issues to the appropriate team member when required.
Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in outbound sales, cold calling, or warm lead generation, with a demonstrated resilience and ability to handle rejection professionally.

Native or fluent English (written and spoken) with exceptional phone presence, persuasive communication skills, and the ability to navigate gatekeepers or handle objections confidently.

Self-motivated to consistently hit daily outbound call volume targets and appointment-setting quotas while working autonomously in a remote environment.

Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail; comfortable managing multiple call flows, calendars, and administrative tasks simultaneously without dropping the ball.

Strong active listening skills paired with the ability to clearly, calmly, and courteously explain service-related information to prospects and customers.

High comfort level with computers, CRM platforms, and scheduling tools, with the ability to learn basic technical or service-related details quickly.

Punctual, consistent, and fully reliable in meeting daily responsibilities independently from a distraction-free home office.
