DTC & Ecommerce Graphic Designer

Overview

We are looking for a highly creative and performance-driven Graphic Designer with strong experience creating static ad creatives for DTC and ecommerce brands. This role is focused heavily on producing high-converting Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad creatives that support direct response marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate understands that successful creatives are driven not only by aesthetics but by performance, ad psychology, and conversion-focused messaging. You will work closely with media buyers and marketing teams to rapidly produce, test, and iterate creatives in a fast-paced ecommerce environment while leveraging AI-powered tools to streamline production workflows.

Schedule

  • Part-time (At least 20 hours per week)

Responsibilities

  • Design static ad creatives for Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram)
  • Develop conversion-focused creatives aligned with direct response marketing strategies
  • Create multiple creative variations for A/B testing including: Hooks, Offers, Angles, CTAs, and Layout variations
  • Utilize AI tools such as ElevenLabs, Claude Bot, and other AI-assisted creative platforms
  • Leverage AI workflows to improve production speed and creative output efficiency
  • Adapt quickly to internal systems, feedback loops, and creative workflows
  • Work closely with media buyers and marketing teams to optimize winning concepts
  • Iterate creatives based on campaign performance data and testing feedback
  • Support rapid testing environments with high-volume creative production
  • Maintain consistency with brand identity while optimizing for conversion
  • Create clean, modern, and performance-oriented visual assets
  • Ensure creatives are optimized for ecommerce and paid social environments

Requirements

  • Proven experience designing static ad creatives for DTC/ecommerce brands
  • Hands-on experience using ElevenLabs and AI creative tools
  • Strong understanding of direct response marketing, Meta ad creative best practices, ad psychology, and conversion-focused design
  • Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced startup or ecommerce environments
  • Fast learner with the ability to quickly adapt to internal workflows
  • Available to work at least 20 hours per week
  • Portfolio required, specifically showcasing Meta static ads, ecommerce creatives, and performance-focused designs (APPLICATIONS WITH PORTFOLIOS WILL BE PRIORITIZED)
