Job Description

We are seeking a proactive  B2B Lead Generation & Appointment Setting Specialist  to build a robust B2B pipeline from scratch for the Middle Eastern market. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying high-level decision-makers, qualifying leads, and securing physical appointments for product presentations to drive business growth.

Client Overview

Premier interior design firm based in Dubai that focuses on creating meaningful interiors reflecting personality and purpose. They are expanding their reach across the GCC, targeting high-end hospitality, educational, and cultural projects.

Schedule

• Mondays to Fridays, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm (Gulf Standard Time, 40 hours per week)

Responsibilities

• Build a pipeline of B2B leads from scratch, targeting the Middle Eastern market.
• Target FF&E procurement companies and specialist suppliers across the GCC region.
• Engage procurement teams at major hotel groups, including Jumeirah, Emaar, and Marriott.
• Outreach to educational institutions, universities, and campus developers.
• Identify and engage decision-makers at cultural institutions, museums, and airports.
• Perform cold outreach via email and phone to secure physical appointments.
• Independently design and optimize the outreach workflow and sales funnel.
• Accurately log all activity, leads, and meeting outcomes in the CRM.
• Provide weekly reports on activity, conversion rates, and pipeline health.

Requirements

• Experience in B2B sales or lead generation. Ideally, in FF&E, hospitality, furniture, or construction products
• Deliver 5–7 qualified meetings per month
• Proven track record of building and managing complex sales funnels.
• Proactive ability to create workflows without external frameworks.
• Excellent communication skills in English, suitable for corporate outreach.
• Confident on the phone, persistent, and resilient to rejection.
