Overview
We are seeking a high-energy Sales Development Representative to drive growth by identifying and engaging key decision-makers within the U.S. manufacturing sector. In this role, you will leverage a "hunter" mentality to navigate gatekeepers, conduct strategic outbound outreach, and secure qualified meetings for our sales team.
Schedule: Monday - Friday | 20hrs per week | 9:00 PM – 1:00 AM Philippines Time
Responsibilities
The primary responsibility is lead generation and meeting scheduling for our sales team.
Prospecting & Research
- Identify target manufacturing companies in food, beverage, dairy, pharmaceutical, mining, and industrial sectors
- Research key decision makers such as Maintenance Managers, Reliability Engineers, Plant Managers, and Operations Leaders
- Build targeted contact lists using tools such as Apollo, LinkedIn, and other research platforms
Outbound Outreach
- Execute outbound email campaigns
- Conduct cold calls to manufacturing facilities
- Send LinkedIn connection requests and follow-up messages
- Break through gatekeepers to reach decision makers
Lead Qualification
- Identify if the company fits our target profile
- Confirm responsibility for maintenance or reliability programs
- Determine interest in predictive maintenance solutions
Meeting Scheduling
- Book qualified meetings or demos with decision-makers
- Coordinate calendar scheduling with our U.S. sales team
- Ensure meetings are properly documented in CRM
CRM Management
- Log activities and notes in CRM
- Track outreach and responses
- Maintain an organized pipeline of leads and meetings
Performance Expectations
- Generate 3–4 qualified meetings per week
- Generate 12–16 qualified meetings per month
- Maintain consistent prospecting activity and outreach
Requirements
Experience Level
- 3+ years experience in Sales Development, Lead Generation, or Appointment Setting
- Experience prospecting B2B companies
- Proven ability to schedule meetings with decision-makers
CRM Experience
- Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar
- Our company uses Method CRM, but prior CRM experience is sufficient
Prospecting Tools
- Experience using tools such as Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, or similar tools
Basic Data Skills
- Comfortable managing prospect lists in spreadsheets or CRM systems
- Able to track outreach activities and responses
Non-Negotiables: Candidates must have the following experience.
- Cold Calling Experience: Comfortable making outbound calls; experience reaching decision makers in B2B environments.
- Lead Generation Background: Previous SDR, lead generation, or appointment-setting role required.
- CRM Experience: Experience using CRM platforms; Method CRM is used in-house.
- Prospecting Tools: Experience using tools such as Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or other lead databases.
- English Communication: Strong spoken English; ability to confidently communicate with U.S. professionals.
- B2B Sales Experience: Experience selling to businesses rather than consumers.
- Hunter Mentality: Persistent with outreach; comfortable navigating gatekeepers.
- Organized and Self-Managed: Able to manage outreach lists and follow-ups independently.

- Experience prospecting manufacturing companies
- Experience in industrial or technical sales environments
- Familiarity with predictive maintenance or reliability programs
- Experience selling into operations, maintenance, or engineering teams
