Social Media Assistant

With a high volume of active projects and continued expansion, the company is strengthening its digital presence to support business growth, customer engagement, and brand visibility.

We are seeking a creative and proactive Social Media Assistant to support the company’s online presence across multiple platforms. This role will focus on content creation, community engagement, and digital brand support, helping improve audience interaction, increase visibility, and contribute to lead generation efforts as the business continues to scale.


Schedule:

  • Part-Time (20 hours per week) | Flexible within client business hours (8:00 AM – 6:00 PM)

Responsibilities

  • Create and publish engaging content across Instagram, TikTok and other social platforms
  • Develop captions, visuals, banners, and supporting marketing assets
  • Maintain brand consistency across all digital channels
  • Assist with content planning and scheduling
  • Monitor and respond to direct messages and social media inquiries
  • Route incoming leads and customer inquiries to the appropriate internal team members
  • Support positive customer engagement and online reputation management
  • Maintain timely communication across all active platforms
  • Track engagement metrics and social media performance
  • Identify opportunities to improve reach, engagement, and audience growth
  • Support digital marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather project content and updates

Requirements

  • Experience managing social media accounts for a business or brand
  • Strong content creation skills, including copywriting and basic graphic design
  • Familiarity with social media analytics and engagement tracking tools
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Creative mindset with the ability to adapt content to different audiences

Highly Regarded Skills & Experience

  • Experience in restoration, construction, or home services industries
  • Familiarity with short-form video content and trend-based platforms
  • Experience supporting businesses operating across multiple locations or regions
  • Knowledge of Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools
  • Experience with customer engagement and online community management
