French Bilingual Business Development Representative

Overview

Join a leading French construction equipment supplier as the primary driver of their market expansion. You will leverage your B2B expertise to build strategic partnerships with France’s largest construction groups, directly impacting the growth of an established European industry player.

Schedule: 40 hours per week; Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm with one hour of unpaid break (Central European Time)

Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential construction industry clients using specialized industry databases
  • Conduct strategic outbound phone calls to major French construction groups and regional players
  • Introduce company services and capabilities to key decision-makers
  • Identify and gather contact information for purchasing managers and project managers
  • Maintain accurate prospect data and interaction history in company CRM system
  • Send targeted digital product catalogs to qualified prospects following initial conversations
  • Serve as company ambassador, building brand awareness in the French construction market
  • Meet performance targets with opportunities for bonus compensation

Requirements

  • French fluency (essential for construction industry communication)
  • Proven experience in B2B lead generation and cold calling
  • Strong phone presence and ability to engage construction industry professionals
  • Experience with CRM systems and accurate data management
  • Self-motivated approach with ability to work independently
  • Professional communication skills and relationship-building abilities
  • Bonus if you have familiarity with the French construction industry or major players like Eiffage and Colas
