Overview:

Our client is looking for a highly skilled Strategy & Risk Delivery Manager to work closely with the Chief Strategy & Risk Officer (CSRO) in a trusted, high-autonomy execution capacity. This role is ideal for an experienced operator who thrives in dynamic environments, brings structure to complexity, and confidently partners with senior leadership to advance strategic priorities. The selected candidate will serve as the operational backbone of the CSRO function, ensuring initiatives are well-coordinated, priorities are transparent, and execution remains on track across risk, compliance, and core business areas.

Unlike a traditional project management role, this position requires the ability to translate high-level direction into clear action plans, seamless execution, executive-ready reporting, and measurable outcomes. The role spans multiple strategic and operational workstreams, offering strong visibility, accountability, and direct exposure to executive decision-making and enterprise-wide initiatives. 

Schedule: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM / PST - Monday to Friday

Responsibilities:

Strategic Execution & Delivery

• Convert leadership direction into clear, structured execution plans and well-defined workstreams that can be effectively delivered
• Ensure consistent momentum by actively driving accountability and follow-through across all strategic initiatives
• Proactively surface potential blockers, dependencies, and risks early, and take ownership in resolving or escalating them to keep execution on track

Project & Stakeholder Coordination

• Lead coordination of cross-functional initiatives across Risk, Compliance, HR, Legal, IT, and Business Operations to ensure seamless execution
• Oversee end-to-end timelines, governance structures, progress tracking, and stakeholder engagement to maintain alignment and accountability
• Drive clarity and consistency in priorities by ensuring they are effectively communicated and understood across all teams

Executive Reporting & Visibility

• Design and maintain comprehensive dashboards, trackers, and reporting packs that enable accurate and timely monitoring of key initiatives
• Ensure end-to-end visibility across strategic priorities, delivery progress, and emerging operational risks to support informed decision-making
• Deliver clear, concise, and well-structured executive-level summaries that effectively communicate status updates and insights to leadership

Executive Communication (Critical)

• Develop polished, board-ready PowerPoint presentations and executive materials that meet the highest standards of clarity and professionalism
• Translate complex or unstructured information into concise, insight-driven outputs that support informed decision-making
• Provide end-to-end support for leadership communications, executive presentations, and strategic reporting to ensure consistency and impact 

Risk, Compliance & Business Operations Coordination

• Provide coordination support across risk, compliance, governance, and operational activities to ensure alignment and effective execution
• Ensure all reporting inputs and deliverables are prepared accurately, thoroughly, and submitted within required timelines
• Maintain a strong oversight function to monitor progress and accountability across teams without directly owning day-to-day departmental delivery

Proactive Leadership Support

• Proactively anticipate requirements and address potential needs before they arise to ensure smooth execution
• Engage confidently with stakeholders, driving clear follow-through and reinforcing accountability across all workstreams
• Operate with a high degree of independence, consistently delivering results with minimal supervision or direction 

Requirements:

We are looking for a senior individual contributor with strong execution capability and excellent business judgement.

• 7–12 years of experience in operations, consulting, program management, project delivery, business operations, or comparable fast-paced environments
• Demonstrated track record of effectively supporting senior executives or leadership teams in high-impact roles
• Strong organizational and prioritization capabilities, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams with discipline and clarity
• Exceptional attention to detail combined with structured, analytical thinking to drive accuracy and consistency
• Proven ability to perform effectively in ambiguous, fast-evolving environments while maintaining focus and execution quality

Essential Skills & Experience

• Demonstrated end-to-end experience in project and delivery management, ensuring initiatives are executed from planning through to completion
• Strong capability in stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination, enabling effective alignment across diverse teams
• Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and executive-level presentation design, with the ability to communicate insights clearly and persuasively
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, supported by experience in building reporting frameworks, trackers, dashboards, and governance structures
• Commercially astute, highly proactive, and strongly outcome-oriented, with a proven ability to solve problems and drive accountability
