Bilingual Client Support & Administrative Assistant
Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented, customer-facing Bilingual Assistant to join our team for a permanent position. Since our internal team handles core accounting data entry, your primary focus will be serving as the face of the company for our clients, assisting them with document preparation, tax processing, audit procedures, and handling company permits. We are looking for someone with a solid foundation in customer service who is eager to learn and grow with us. Comprehensive training will be provided to ensure you are fully equipped to guide clients through these administrative processes.
Job Type: Permanent / Full-Time
Schedule: Monday - Friday 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM EST. 40 hours / week
Daily Responsibilities
- Customer Support: Handle client inquiries and provide excellent customer service in both languages.
- Tax Processing Support: Assist in the preparation, organization, and processing of tax documents alongside our clients.
- Audit Support: Help gather and organize necessary files and documentation for audit processes.
- Permits & Compliance: Prepare, process, and track company permits and essential business licenses.
Candidate Requirements
- Customer Service Experience: At least 2 years of prior customer service experience.
- Language Skills: Fully bilingual in Spanish and English (fluent in speaking, reading, and writing).
- Work Ethic & Trainability: Coachable, willing to learn new processes (training provided), and looking for a stable, permanent position.
- Key Skills: Strong attention to detail, highly organized, and basic computer proficiency.
