Solar Appointment Coordinator (Outbound)

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Solar Appointment Coordinator to join a growing outbound sales team focused on the residential solar market in Australia. This role is ideal for candidates with strong cold-calling experience, excellent English communication skills, and the resilience to thrive in a high-volume outbound environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for engaging homeowners, qualifying leads, and scheduling opportunities for the Australian sales team using structured scripts and lead lists. This is a fully remote role requiring strong self-management, professionalism, and consistency in meeting performance metrics.

Schedule:

  • Mondays to Fridays, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm (Australian Eastern Time, 40 hours per week)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct high-volume outbound calls to homeowners using the provided lead databases and calling systems.
  • Follow approved sales scripts to professionally introduce residential solar energy solutions.
  • Identify and qualify interested prospects for solar installation quotations.
  • Gather, verify, and accurately document lead information for the sales team.
  • Schedule appointments and maintain organized lead records within CRM systems.
  • Utilize VoIP dialing platforms such as JustCall or similar software to manage outbound activity.
  • Maintain daily productivity targets, including call volume, lead quality, and appointment metrics.
  • Communicate regularly with supervisors and management regarding campaign performance and lead feedback.
  • Ensure all customer interactions are handled professionally and in accordance with company standards.

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in outbound cold calling, telemarketing, appointment setting, or lead generation.
  • Strong verbal English communication skills with a neutral or clear speaking accent.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-rejection sales environments.
  • Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail in CRM documentation.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setup while maintaining productivity targets.
  • Familiarity with VoIP systems, digital dialers, and CRM tools.
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection and professional remote workspace.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the solar, energy, real estate, insurance, or home services industries.
  • Previous experience working with Australian customers or campaigns.
  • Familiarity with appointment scheduling workflows and lead qualification processes.
  • Experience using JustCall or similar outbound calling software.
