Overview
We are seeking a highly organized, emotionally intelligent, and proactive Content & Founder Support Coordinator to support the launch and ongoing growth of a founder-led leadership and behavioral change consultancy. This role goes beyond traditional social media management or virtual assistance. The ideal candidate will help bring structure, consistency, and momentum to a business driven by ideas, conversations, workshops, reflections, and thought leadership.
The position combines content coordination, LinkedIn management, founder support, project coordination, and light marketing strategy. You will work closely with the founder to turn ideas and discussions into organized, high-quality content and actionable plans.
This is a remote, part-time role requiring 4 hours per day, Monday to Friday, with flexibility within UK business hours.

Key Responsibilities
Brand Launch & Marketing Support
- Support the rollout and positioning of a new brand across digital platforms
- Coordinate launch schedules, messaging, and campaign timelines
- Ensure consistency across LinkedIn, website content, videos, and supporting channels
- Organize and manage launch assets and content workflows
LinkedIn & Content Management
- Transform raw ideas, voice notes, workshop reflections, and conversations into structured content
- Create and schedule LinkedIn posts using existing Canva and video templates
- Edit and repurpose short-form video content
- Maintain consistent tone, messaging, and content cadence
- Develop thought leadership content around leadership, behavioural psychology, emotional resilience, relationships, and organizational dynamics
Website & Blog Content Support
- Upload and manage blog and thought leadership content on the company website
- Adapt social content into longer-form website articles
- Maintain SEO consistency and content organization
- Ensure website content remains updated and aligned with brand messaging
LinkedIn Growth & Outreach
- Assist with LinkedIn growth strategies and audience engagement
- Support outreach initiatives using LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Help with relationship-building campaigns and light outbound engagement
- Assist with campaign coordination and potential LinkedIn advertising initiatives
Content Planning & Accountability
- Build and maintain content calendars and publishing schedules
- Help organize ideas, priorities, and timelines
- Proactively suggest relevant themes, topics, and content opportunities
- Provide accountability and follow-through on content and marketing initiatives
- Create structure and clarity in a fast-moving, idea-driven environment
Founder Support & Coordination
- Help reduce administrative and cognitive friction for the founder
- Support a conversational, nonlinear working style with organized systems and follow-through
- Identify priorities and create actionable next steps from discussions and brainstorming sessions
- Maintain clear communication and momentum across ongoing projects

You are someone who:
- Has excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Understands founder-led personal brands and thought leadership content
- Has experience with LinkedIn content management and digital marketing
- Is highly organized and able to manage multiple moving priorities
- Can work independently with minimal supervision
- Is emotionally intelligent and communicates with nuance and professionalism
- Is comfortable supporting neurodivergent working styles
- Enjoys turning complex or abstract ideas into clear, structured action
- Understands how to maintain authentic, human-centered communication even when using AI-assisted tools
